e have grown – in terms of product variety and customer expectations. During the last couple of months have we analysed our production processes in great detail and have restructured them accordingly. The very high degree of product variety in conjunction with the customer orders, have lead to an ever increasing lead time of delivery. After all, we cannot keep all the products on stock at all times. Now we are happy to report: »Our delivery lead times are back to normal!«

Since the end of last year have we been phasing in our new ERP-system. In conjunction with this have we restructured many of the existing processes in both the administration and production environments. In May this year, we commissioned a second slicing machine. All these and subsequent investments make it possible to act more flexible and faster to customer orders, while managing the own processes in a more optimised way, while still focussing on reducing risk and enhancing quality. THESE INVESTMENTS IMPLY THE FOLLOWING:
