SALA offers an extensively detailed menu ranging from traditional Thai cuisines to modern European dishes that reflect the diversity of Southeast Asia. All of the dishes are meticulously created by Chef Nick and SALA’s dedicated team, to ensure that every guest will savor the traditional taste of SALA. Seafood plays a big part in SALA’s menu and is largely supplied with the freshest fish from the Gulf of Siam and brought to the shores of Samui. Select ingredients from beyond the island are imported with only the highest regard for quality. SALA is now presenting their signature dining events which are held: Monday and Friday where guests can enjoy dining on the beach underneath an array of stars in a truly relaxing atmosphere, complimented by live music. Wednesday which is the ‘Taste of Thailand’, a Thai celebration that combines a charcoal style barbecue serving deliciously tasty and traditional Thai dishes. All while enjoying a beautiful display of Traditional Thai dance and music with a Thai market theme.
