Project Management • Large commercial and retail fit-outs involve a project management role which goes well beyond the installation of the shopfittings we manufacture. • As we developed our manufacturing capability, we also developed our project management skills. This capability allows us to do much more for you than simply install joinery with most of the components made in our own workshop. • Years of work on large projects have given us the experience to manage all aspects of an internal fit-out including the design, engineering, plumbing, plastering, electrical, flooring, joinery and sundry services needed to fully complete the job. • We understand the most critical aspect of successful project management is our ability to complete projects on time and on budget.
