Look For Faults In The Tube

Patch Up The Holes/Faults

After you have located the error or holes in the tube, patch it up using patch up kit. Rough up the area around the fault using rub down so that the patch is easily fixed there. Use a sticky patch to wrap the fault and stick it over to completely seal the area, such that air cannot run away it after it gets arid.


Test The Patched Up Tube

The patching of the fault needs some time to clear up down or dry out. After it is dry, pump up the tube with air to check whether the patch is working or not by submerging it under water or by placing it close to your ear to check for any air leakage.


Set Tube On Rim & Set The Tire

After wholly testing the tube & tire, put tube on the rim like it was earlier than and place tire above the tube. With the help of iron rods, put the tire back into the rim with utmost care without damaging the tube. Check carefully the tire so that it must be totally enclosed inside the rim.
