This letter is to inform you of your acceptance into the University of Cincinnati’s Master’s International program in the School of Planning. Because this program is conducted in conjunction with the Peace Corps, you will be required to complete your first year of classes, through Spring Semester 2013, before which you will serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Upon your return in the Fall Semester of 2015 you will continue with your second year of classes. Your Peace Corps service will be considered a part of your MCP program, as a replacement for the summer internship requirement. We will have a 2012 Master’s International-Coverdell Fellows Peace Corps Program kickoff prior to the orientation for the Master of Community Planning program in August. The date will be determined shortly, but we expect it to be the week of August 20 - 24. We will send you an email with the date as well as any additional information as soon as it is finalized. Please make sure you give us a current permanent email address to which you will have consistent access.
