Treep & Skat Shooting? NO— TRAP AND SKEET SHOOTING Instructor: Ron Miller

“So, what is the difference between trap shooting and skeet shooting?” I asked innocently. Although the explanation I was given made sense at the time, now I’m not so sure. Something about catapulting clay targets away from the shooter, “houses” on either side of the shooter, 5 or 7 stations . . . What I do know for sure is that the objective of both is to hit clay targets. Ron assured me that this class is for beginners like me and for those who already know what a catapult mechanism is and just want to hone their shooting skills. The first 2 classes will be Trap Shooting and the second 2 classes will be Skeet Shooting. You will need to provide your own shotgun and shells, targets will be provided. Ages 15 and older. A yoga class designed just for men! Build flexibility and strength through an active vinyasa practice with a variety of poses and sequences. Get your heart rate up and break a sweat in this early morning workout.
