These FREE workshops suit people who are new to Committees of Management or Boards or people who have received no formal training on being a CoM or Board member. They take you through your responsibilities both legal and governance in a simple and easily understood format. CoM's or Boards can use them for Induction of their new members.

These FREE workshops are designed for people who have taken on the role of Chair / President of your Committee or Board. It will explain what your role entails, give you some hints to manage the CoM / Board and manage a great meeting and skills to ensure you meet your legal obligations. They are for those who have never received training in the role or those new to the role.

Everything You Need To Know to Be a Secretary

These FREE workshops are designed for people who have taken on the role of Secretary of your Committee or Board. They will explain your responsibilities especially as the Public Officer, how to take effective and accountable minutes, how to meet your legal obligations and provide some hints to make the whole process easier to manage.
