Need to Know You are Doing Things Right as a Committee or Board ?

Eastern Volunteers have provided many community organisations with Health Checks which have turned their governance around. The process involves CoM members or Directors undertaking 2 surveys which usually take about 15 minutes each. A report is prepared and then fed back to you in a meeting where we discuss the findings. This often raises new aspects or deepens the understanding of the strengths and areas of improvement required for good governance.

We find that many people who volunteer their time on Boards or CoM are unaware of their legal and regulatory responsibilities or what governance is. We help you to get on the right track in a way which is suited to the size, type, complexity and risk profile of your organisation.
