IMPORTANT INFORMATION Registration Information: Pre-registration is recommended at least two weeks before the date of the class. Fees must be paid at the time of registration. EAMC Employee Registration: EAMC Employees may register for most classes via OTIS. Payroll deduction is available for classes that require fees. Forms are available at the Health Resource Center and the Professional Practice & Development Office. Non-Employee Registration: Registration may be taken in a variety of ways. Online at www.eamc.org (see instructions below), scan the event scan code, direct event web address or mail the Registration Form to the address on the form. Course Changes or Cancellations: EAMC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or relocate any classes due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. How to Self-Enroll in Classes & Events The purpose of self-enrollment is that it allows you to enroll yourself in classes & events and use yourself enrollment lesson plan to view and manage those classes. Plus it’s available 24/7. 1. On your Personal Page, under QUICK LINKS, click the VIEW button beside Self-Enroll Classes & Events 2. From the “Search for courses like” section-enter as much of the name as you know. (Hint: Use your Training and Development Directory to search for course names and dates) You can also search based on a date range by entering a START DATE and END DATE. Click LIST EVENTS button. 3. The available event names are displayed based on your search criteria. If you want to know more about the event, click the Event Name and an overview opens. 4. To enroll, click the ENROLL NOW button to the right of the Event Name. 5. The Event Enrollment Request Form opens. Complete the form and click the ENROLL NOW button. 6. Close out registration window by clicking X in upper right corner. You will be sent an email to your EAMC email address confirming your registration.

Scholarship Loan Program Purpose: the purpose of EAMC’s Scholarship Loan Program is twofold. It provides students with financial assistance and it assures EAMC of welltrained, competent healthcare professionals. Eligibility: anyone pursuing a health-related career in which EAMC has an actual or projected need may apply. Examples include but are not limited to: nursing, medical laboratory science, emergency medical services, medical coding, and rehabilitative therapy. Award Amount: the total amount awarded is determined by the program and school at which the student is enrolled. Repayment of Scholarship Loan: the scholarship recipient agrees to accept full-time employment with EAMC after graduation for a period of time as outlined in the contract. The exact amount of time is determined by the amount of the loan the student receives. Tuition Reimbursement Program EAMC Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to help employees with the cost of college tuition. Eligibility: 

Employment-must have one year service with EAMC, FT or PT

Relevance-course taken must benefit employee in current position or help prepare for a future healthcare career. Grade Earned-student must pass course with a “C” or higher. The level of reimbursement correlates to the grade earned as follows:

A = 100%

B = 75%

C = 50%
