When buyers come to me with questions, I can help them get a good idea of what type of property they can qualify for, as well as closing costs and payment breakdowns. I can advise them on how to take care of their credit, whether it’s reminding my clients not to co-sign for someone else’s loan or open new credit lines. If they’re having issues with their lender, I can step in and look at the program guidelines and make suggestions about where we may be able to ask for an exception or how to resolve the lender issue.” In his listing-focused real estate practice, Pablo is more than just a Realtor®; he is a marketing specialist. If the house needs staging, we’ll do it, or if it’s vacant, we’ll put some furnishings in. Picture day is a big event. I show up for the photoshoot with my team and we spend several hours at the property moving furniture, creating open space and making the home look its very best for a successful sale.”
