Tools and resources to assist practitioners achieve Victoria’s stormwater planning requirements To add slide and view/choose layout: Home > New Slide (click on the arrow) > choose layout for new slide the you need from the various options available. To change layout of existing slide: Click on the page > Home > Layout (click on arrow) > choose alternative layout. To replace image/s in the first three master slide options: 1.
Click on the slide of the layout you want to change > View > Slide Master > Click on the grouped transparent elements > right mouse click > Send to back > click on current photo > right mouse click > change picture > then choose your photo from the location on your computer. If pasting in a photo from another document delete the current photo and paste in your new photo.

Expand the pasted image to the width of the page. To fix image ratio go to the Picture Tools (Format) tab: choose the Crop tool > Fill > position image in area to suit.

Click on the new photo and right mouse click > Send to back so it is behind the grouped transparent elements.

To go back to your presentation: View > Normal.

Click on this instruction box and delete.
Delete any slides you do not require. These slides are included as examples only.
