Final Design : Italy The highest performing geometry from each of the 4 simulated days are combined into a resultant form combining the best surfaces of each form into a single geometry. The highest scoring shapes from July are first booleaned, one from sunrise the other from sunset. The same process is carried out for December. Finally, these two resultant forms are booleaned to form a single geometry. The geometries op mized for July are lted away from the sun due to the higher sun angle during these mes. Geometries op mized for sunrise are concave while those for sunset are convex. July geometries are significantly shorter than those from the winter, this again, is due to the lower sun angle during December. Regarding orienta on, the December sunset geometry is rotated 180° rela ve to the ini al orienta on (which the other geometries maintained). Very li le twist is involved among the geometries, and one will no ce in the genera ve progression that twist was the first variable to be normalized.
