Ho Chi Minh President is a great leader with independent, creative thinking, flexible behave, simple and persuasive communication and succinct, easy to understand writing.
Ms. Ton Nu Thi Ninh: not only a diplomat, she is also a traditional Vietnamese woman in Hue style. She was the former Head of International Organization office, Ministry of Foreign Affair, then the Ministry Assistant. Many times she made people surprised by the frankly debate, the tradition inherited from the original Hue family, different from the gentle appearance, discreet but still charming. Being a woman, it can be difficult to work in diplomacy, and it is more difficult to combine hard power with soft power. The most important thing, according to her, it is impossible to let cry.
Abraham Lincoln, the sixteenth President of the US, best known for 2-minute speech. He did not look at the paper or follow any written speech but he looked at the audiences like those words all come from his heart.
Winston Churchill, a famous politician as Prime Minister of England, “a strong lion”. When England was overwhelmed by war, he turned his words into a weapon, leaving the Nazis frightened, not dare to invade Britain. The heavy black-rimmed glasses that he wore at the speech, the cigar on his left hand, and the “ Victory” finger by his right hand are the obvious political signs.
Barack Obama is considered a great example as a speaker with persuasive communication skills. With his ability in using language, Obama not only gives people a panoramic picture but also gives them a sense of depth and it is a great launch pad for a politician like him in politics.

Words of thankfulness from E-connect Vietnam
Dear beloved seniors and colleagues! E-connect Vietnam was established on 18/6/2013 in Hanoi with a majority of staff from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. After 4 years of development, E-connect have implemented the program of learning English with native teachers in 5 Northern cities and provinces, including: Hanoi, Nam Dinh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. We understand that these 5 cities and provinces have deep-rooted culture and fondness for learning, leading in educational quality. Therefore, at the beginning, we understood that: to go fast and sustainably, there is no way but devotion, high quality and continuously improved quality. We used to be new to everything and struggle to get accustomed to even the smallest thing in the very first days. Without the sincere assistance of seniors, partners and the belief and support of the leadership, we could not complete our missions because if we see E-connect as a human being, at the age of 4, he is just learning how to walk. We have to learn a lot from the foregoers like British Council, Language Link, Apollo, IIG, Phonic. We will not stop trying our best for our career. And hopefully, you- our seniors and colleagueswill understand for us if we unfortunately make any mistakes. However, from the depth of our heart, we promise that we will try to well complete our mission as a response to your belief and support for us. I would like to share with you something about the fast and sustainable development with many difficulties of E-connect Vietnam A good foreign language training center has not only modern facilities and equipment… When E-connect were newly established, we invested a huge amount of money in modern equipment and recruiting native teachers graduating from famous universities. We thought that this would bring about success in a path with “dare”: dare to break though, dare to invest and dare to lose in the beginning time. However, a modern and luxurious classroom is not what parents are first concerned about but a teacher understanding his students (their personalities, abilities, potential…). A good teacher not only has good teaching skills but also never ignores less well-performing students and always considers their progress as their own measure of improvement. That is called the devotion and dedication of a teacher and an education maker.
140
A good foreign language training center must find out its own path. At the beginning, E-connect Vietnam had many difficulties in enrolling students. We changed from organizing small classes with some students to a totally new orientation- cooperating with schools to implement the program of learning English with native teachers into school’s timetable. This is a new path originating from Phan Huy Chu High School-Dong Da (Hanoi) since the school year 2013-2014. Here, we found out a new way to go in which we did not have to worry about facilities, student enrolment, then again, we had to face new challenges in renewing programs, improving quality continuously. E-connect Vietnam was established with its own distinct path. After 1 year of establishing and developing on the new path, we were proudly trusted by many primary schools, secondary schools, high schools and leading gifted high schools of cities and provinces in the North (such as Hanoi-Amsterdam high school for the gifted; Le Hong Phong gifted high school, Nguyen Trai gifted high school…) because we found out another new way- in our teaching program, we not only emphasized on teaching English but also cultural sharing and training soft skills like Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration…especially, we also focused on teaching IELTS for students at some gifted high school to train “leader people”. A good foreign language training center not only has huge human and financial resource but also have to possess dedicating and mutually supporting persons. We never forget the dedication of the young persons of E-connect. We together overcame difficulties to complete management process, teaching program, extracurricular activities… We also never forget the business trips during which we had to share a bed and take turn to have meal just to catch up with the pace of work. We usually self-encourage in the pride that: “when you wake up in the morning, ask yourself: what do I live for?”, “You give love, then you will get loved”, ““It could only be E-connect Vietnam!”
141
Dear beloved colleagues and readers! Working in education is a long and challenging way because the output does not depend on teachers only and the new are always accompanied by difficulties. However, we-E-connect Vietnam- keep stepping forwards because we believe that we are not alone and our next generation of students will go further than our generation. We would like to send our first words of thankfulness to our dear older friends at Phan Huy Chu High School-Dong Da (Hanoi) for their companion, sharing and orienting the development of E-connect Vietnam. We also would like to say thank you to the school-boards, school’s foreign language departments and teacher-in-charges at our school partners for their support regardless of difficulties. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the leaders of Division, Department and management staff at the People’s Committee and government agencies for orienting and supporting us in each activity. And it would be a huge mistake if we did not say thank you to our project officers and teaching assistants. Although some of you have found for yourself a new way, you will always be recorded in the development process of E-connect Vietnam. We also would like to send our words of thankfulness to native teachers who directly inspire and blow a new wind in English learning activity of Vietnamese students. ……..Thank you very much! Best regards, E-connect Vietnam’s Board of managers
