Denbigh and District Probus Club AGM and new president
At the November meeting of the Denbigh and District Probus Club, members met for a wonderful meal at the Oriel Hotel, St Asaph followed by their AGM.
The President outlined the successful year the club has had with many engaging and thought-provoking talks, opportunities to network over drinks and quality meals and an annual visit. Membership rose from 37 in November 2022 to the current number of 41 with excellent attendance at every meeting.
All of the committee roles were filled with Graham Evans from St Asaph taking over the role as Club President from John Barr who had completed a very successful year.
The next meeting will be on Monday December 4th when Gareth Foulkes from Llandyrnog near Denbigh, will talk about Modern old-fashioned farming.
New members are always warmly welcomed.
