TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We continue with the development of our collaborators through workshops and training that will encourage the professional and personal growth of the Visualiza team.
Refractive surgery training, given by Dr. Bregni in the month of June, focused on improving knowledge and promoting professional growth in the field of the anterior segment. During the training, specialized supervision was provided in the performance of refractive surgeries and the placement of intraocular rings. The main objective of this training program was to enable the participants to provide better care in the area of refractive surgery, thus strengthening their skills and knowledge.

The training for our optometrists from the vision centers, was given by Dr. Samayoa, with the main objective of improving and strengthening the quality of evaluation and referral of patients to our closest hospitals. This training sought to provide optometrists with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform more accurate vision assessments and provide appropriate recommendations to patients based on their specific needs. In this way, greater efficiency is ensured in the referral of patients to our hospitals to receive the appropriate treatment.

Basic photography with a cell phone, by Mynor Pineda, addressed to the Conference and Human Talent. During the workshop, the essential techniques to handle the cell phone camera were revealed. The main objective of this workshop was to capture quality photographs of important cases during the workshops, to document success stories.

The new technologies applied to inventory control, training aimed at Finance, to obtain information to improve business effectiveness and efficiency, acquiring knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of technology in inventories and the importance of connectivity in the digital age.

Visualiza social programs, aimed at Visualiza collaborators, with the aim of providing them with feedback tools to provide information about our social programs: Ventanitas de Luz and donation of cataract surgeries for the elderly.

A training was carried out aimed at those in charge of vision centers, counseling and heads of vision centers, with the aim of familiarizing them with this tool for patient service and reducing response times.

Clinical evaluation of hypermature cataracts and the optic nerve in glaucoma patients, training for physician assistants, counselors, and physicians. Implementing automatic responses designed in order to streamline patient care times and at the same time standardize the quality of care for our patients.

Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NOIA), training for ophthalmologists. Providing updated information to doctors, to determine the diagnostic and treatment processes for cases and signs of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, emphasizing its level of severity or urgency.
