At our Mazatenango Vision Center, a surgical outreach activities was carried out as part of the follow-up activities of the ophthalmological conferences.

During this day, attention was provided to patients with eye diseases, and donations of surgeries were made to low-income people who had not had access to these procedures.
In addition, visual reviews were carried out at the CODECI school, aimed at students, parents and teachers. The objective of these activities was to promote visual health among young people and give them the opportunity to go to our specialists in case they need specific attention.

Vision Center of Mazatenango participated in the patron saint festivities of San Antonio Suchitepequez. The vision center with its collaborators were present in the typical parade and other employer activities. These participations allow us to position ourselves and make our vision center known, in order to reach more people who need help and eye health care.

The Totonicapán Vision Center held a c in the Cojxac village of Totonicapán. During this event, eye evaluations were carried out on students, teachers and parents. In addition, information was provided on the importance of visual health care in children, with the aim of preventing poor school performance due to eye problems.
As part of our educational support, personalized advice was offered on the Optometry service, including visual acuity tests, ocular refraction, detection of pathologies and the importance of eye care. This valuable information was provided to the Totonicapán Convergence Center.

Guastatoya Vision Center held a surgical outreach activities in the village of El Naranjo in the municipality of Guastatoya, where information on eye care was provided, visual acuity evaluations, glucose tests, and ocular pressure measurement were performed. During the day, we were able to identify people who could benefit from our social programs.
