Depart USA for an overnight flight to Istanbul. Full service on board. DAY 2, THU – ISTANBUL:
Arrive in Istanbul. You will be met by a Homeric Tours representative and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. (B)
DAY 8, WED – RHODES:
Arrive in Rhodes where you will spend a full day. Take an optional excursion of the city of Rhodes and the Acropolis of Lindos to visit the Temple of Athena. (B,L,D) DAY 9, THU – HERAKLION / SANTORINI:
DAY 3, FRI – ISTANBUL:
After breakfast board the motor coach for your full day tour of Istanbul. Visits include St. Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Turkish and Islamic Art Museums, Hippodrome and Grande Bazaar. Lunch included. Evening at leisure. (B,L) DAY 4, SAT – ISTANBUL:

Arrive in Patmos and take an optional excursion to the Monastery and Cave where John the

Arrival in Heraklion, the capital of Crete. Take an optional excursion to the Palace of King Minos at Knossos and the museum. Sail on to Santorini, where you may take an optional excursion to the excavation site at Akrotiri where recent Minoan excavations support the theories that Santorini might be the fabled continent of Atlantis. Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the hotel in Athens. Spend the day at leisure or explore this fascinating city on your own. (B) DAY 11, SAT – ATHENS:
