UV rays, (Ultraviolet), are considered as an extremely harmful element of the suns rays. Acknowledging this fact and uses high grade materials that absorb harmful UV Light. UV protection is a feature incorporated across the Liquidskin Eyewear Collection.
Light Transmission is a standard measurement of how much light, that meets the lens, passes through to the delicate eye. The darker the lens the lower level of light passes through. Which is the reason a Smoke Lens has the characteristic of reduced brightness in sunny conditions.
Liquidskin Eyewear offers the Swimmer a variety of Mirrored Options. Mirrored treatments are normally created on dark coloured lens options and with HEAD there is a great range of exciting colours. In all of the current goggles and swimming masks on the market, the skirt is made of silicone, or another medium-hard elastomer. All of today’s swimming masks and goggles are a compromise, dictated by the need of the frame support structure for a relatively hard material in the area of the lenses to ensure a good seal against the water and resist deformation. Our Bi-silicone technology LiquidSkin® greatly surpasses the current single material gasket /skirt technology. LiquidSkin® incorporates two different types of silicone into one moulded gasket /skirt: A firm portion for support structure and a softer portion for contact with your face. The support structure and the area of the seals are moulded with a silicone that is 30% harder than the traditional material. The section that rests on the face is made with silicone that is 45% softer and 270% more elastic. The extremely soft silicone portion rests on the face delivering a new level of comfort. The marks that are typically left on your face after the use are mostly eliminated. Its light weight and soft adherence to the face are so gentle that you can forget you’re wearing it. Silicone is high-performance material that offer outstanding chemical and thermal resistance, very good overall mechanical properties and excellent compression set. It is extremely flexible at low temperatures and undergo hardly any change of properties at all over a wide range of temperatures – this sets them apart from other flexible polymers. The Silicone is water repellent. it therefore provide hardly any scope for algal and bacterial growth, is extremely resistant to hot water and is durable, high resistance to detergents and cleaning agents. Silicone can be compounded to have a very good tensile; low compression set and good resilience; excellent heat resistance; good release characteristics; extreme low temperature properties; and can be highly resistant to oxidation and ozone attack is unaffected by ultraviolet light. The silicone is modern, plasticizerfree, hypoallergenic, hygienic and robust, soft, flexible material for all body contact applications.
The exclusive and patented bi-silicone technology gives unexpected features to a material which was already highly performing; thanks to a softer silicone it fits easily to any face offering incomparable comfort. A more rigid silicone, on the contrary, is used for the mask piece to grant higher resistance to mechanical stress within the joints between the rigid frame and the mask itself. Moreover, it receives the buckles giving appropriate resistance to the tension issued by the headpiece.

The exclusive Head RAS buckle system comes after long and extensive research to match the smallest size of strap tension system with the maximum comfort and easiness of use. The buckle is fixed on the mask to find a natural position as close as possible to the head and to damp the headpiece tension without affecting the main structure of the lenses.
Extreme design in terms of size and performance. The shape of Tiger holds a minimum volume of air inside it and its organic design seals perfectly the air around the eye.

The most rigid silicone receives the buckles on the mask, helping to give the appropriate tension to the headpiece in order not to deform the part that holds the lenses.
The adjustable buckles of the headpiece are placed on the mask to be closer to the head and to prevent opposition while swimming cutting off any possible vibrations.
