MARKETING GUIDE FOR NEW LISTINGS 1.) LISTING AGREEMENT Send the listing agreement package (signed by you and your seller) to your transaction Coordinator if you hire one. They will review it to make sure you have all the correct forms signed in the right places and then send it to the broker for signature. All Listing Agreements must be submitted to the broker within 48 hours of signing.

2.) DUDUM.COM You’ll want to get your new listing on the Dudum website as soon as the listing agreement is signed; early exposure is key.

Send basic details, descriptive copy, and photos to zak@dudum.com.

A draft of the MLS listing will be created and sent to you and all Dudum agents for immediate exposure. It will then aggregate to dudum.com, if not already, as well as to other media avenues. Marketing will also create an e-Flyer (which feeds to all of our Social Media portals as well as to all other media portals. Additionally, List Hub will feed out your listing to 500+ real estate websites, and to a network of over 25,000 real estate companies.) It may take up to 48 hours to appear on all sources, but will appear on the dudum website almost immediately.

OPTIONAL ONLINE ADVERTISING THAT CAN BE DONE NEXT OR LATER: • Individual property website (e.g. 1922Main.com): two provider choices, one commonly used for luxury and the other for standard listings* • Issuu virtual brochure available for high end listings with a price greater than $2,000,000 3.) FLYERS, POSTCARDS, BROCHURES Once you have high-res property photos, we can create professionally designed flyers for you to hand out at open houses or keep in the unit. Email zak@dudum.com to request flyers, postcards, or other property collateral. Once we have all of you property materials, we’ll create a draft and send it to you for editing or approval within 24 hours. Just let us know your changes (for example, if you want to switch out photos, change the photo order, or notice anything you missed when you approved the copy on the website). Once it’s approved, let us know how many copies you want us to request from the printer. If you need them printed by a specific time, please put that in the subject line of the email. Once they are delivered by the printer we’ll put them in your agent mail folder. We heavily advise that you run your flyer proof by your seller prior to print.

4.) ADDITIONAL MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Social Media Posts: Take advantage of our post about your new listing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and Pinterest. You can simply share the post from our company page or use it on your own platforms. If you want the post to be made public on a specific date please coordinate with Teresa Ramirez in advance while you prepare to put your listing on the market. We also offer a custom social media report that is available to you and your clients when requested in advance.

RE|Source: at the beginning of each quarter we feature several agents, neighborhoods, New Faces of Dudum (if you have a professional photo), and several key listings. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure by writing a review for a neighborhood or featuring you or your listings.

Newspaper, Homefolio, 86degree, Lamorinda Weekly or Diablo Magazine advertising: email zak@dudum.com to coordinate creating an ad to run in any of the company monthly ads, or to arrange for a personal individual agent or property ad.
