Getting Started

The RPV-3 App has been pre-configured by the PSL Rheotek – including the configuration of the customer’s method and viscometer tubes.

Once the hardware has been set up – including the temperature control bath, viscometer control module, measuring heads and PC, the system will be ready for use.

Note the Viscometer Bath has local control as well as remote control from the App. When turning on the bath module, the temperature will return to the last saved setpoint.

Hint: On initial start-up – check the SETPOINT on the bath display and change to desired set-point if different from the previous one.
