Mercy Family Pharmacy has become the in-house pharmacy for the Crescent Community Health Center (CCHC). The primary goal of CCHC and Mercy Family Pharmacy is to provide high-quality and cost-effective care for all of its patients, including individuals on Medicaid and Medicare, as well as those who are uninsured and underinsured. Mercy Family Pharmacy also provides and manages the patient assistance program for CCHC. Through collaboration with CCHC, Mercy Family Pharmacy is able to offer a wide range of services to their patients including medication therapy management services and medication counseling and education.
