But one artist he’d love to play with is Sting, he admits. “I had the opportunity to play on the same bill as Sting. It was Jay, the Foo Fighters, Norah Jones and Sting, and he had an amazing set. I’d love to have the chance to play with him someday. That would be incredible.” Royster reveals that playing with Jay-Z has been an incredible experience and journey, as well as an “amazing opportunity.” “He’s given me the chance to travel and play at some of the best gigs in the world. From playing on a baseball field for the World Series to playing one of the largest festivals in the world to touring every State and more. He’s a very genuine person that’s all about the business. He’s taught me a lot and has been a mentor to me.” Under Jay-Z’s tutelage, Royster has learned a lot about becoming an entrepreneur and is currently working on a few ventures.
