HOT CARS + HOT GIRLS = WINNING!

MO MONEY, MO RIDES

You guys need to put more chicks on the cover! You’ll probably sell more magazines! The last one I remember seeing before Issue 78 was the cover with Amber Rose and that was a while back. Hot girls and hot cars go together like jeans and T-shirts - it’s a combination you can’t go wrong with! I was at the hurricane DUB stop in Anaheim and remember seeing that F-100 on display. Seeing it in person is even more impressive!

Mo Williams is the man! His classic car collection is literally a dream garage of mine. I guess I’m an old soul like him, too. There’s something about older cars that these newer models don’t have. Sure the newer ones look great, but classics never go out of style, and you can’t ever get tired of them since they bring back so many memories. I’m sure he’ll be adding a lot more to his collection to celebrate the emergence of the Lob City Clippers as one of the better teams in the league now. It’s about time, too!

H33T247 Via Email You’re right…hot girls and hot cars do make a great combo. We just might have to take you up on you’re recommendation and have more hot chicks next to our cover cars. Ralph Holguin has worked very hard to achieve the collection he currently has. Growing up with nothing to having his own man cave filled with vintage bikes and his dream cars is

THE GOLDEN CHARIOT

Older cars like the ones Mo Williams has do possess a quality that no new models can ever have and that’s nostalgia. Yeah, these new models will be considered classics many years in the future, but they probably

won’t be revered the same way we uphold classic cars from eras past. There’s nothing wrong with being an “old soul,” because that’s exactly the characteristic needed to appreciate such vintage rides! And regarding his collection...those were just a handful of the ones that we featured.

MAKIN’ IT RAIN I was one of the many who stood out in the pouring rain at the last DUB Show in Anaheim, watching Fat Joe do his thang. Man, that storm was crazy with those gusty winds and heavy downpour. It was cool to see that there are hardcore DUB fans that roughed it out and stayed until the very end, soaked and all! Too bad the storm killed it early ’cause I really was looking forward to checking out B.O.B. and Game! Can’t wait until the next L.A. stop in August! Carlos J. Via Email

I’m on the fence on Tyga’s gold Audi R8. It’s borderline tacky, but sometimes I think it’s dope. A car like that only really needs some wheels and tuning, especially with such an extreme makeover with the paint. I understand the desire to be different from everybody else, but that color sort of makes the R8 stand out for the wrong reasons. I’m not sure if I’d ever be that extreme with my car modifications, but to each their own, right? And that matte black addition to his drophead Phantom isn’t my taste either. Farhid M. Via Email

When you’re a rising star like Tyga, the need to stand out amongst your peers is strong and that goes for your car collection, too. Not only does he have a unique style of rap, but like he said in the article, “a car is a reflection of who the driver is,” and Tyga is a flashy guy, with gold as his favorite color. You can’t hate on that. Besides, when you have enough cash as he does, you can easily change up your collection and the appearance of your rides in a heartbeat. So who knows, maybe he’ll grow tired of the color and opt to change it soon.

Yeah, that storm was insane! We couldn’t believe how many people actually stayed throughout the heavy down pour and that Fat Joe actually made it rain after he performed that song. We were a

bit disappointed that we had to end things early, but we appreciate all the car clubs, fans and our sponsors who made it a great show, nonetheless. Our L.A. stop is going to be bigger and better than ever, and we’ll definitely make it up to everybody who were inconvenienced by the rain.
