The little things: You’d be surprised what the little things say about you. A fine suit can be ruined with sneakers or shoes that have had too much wear. For men, a tie is usually important, particularly when interviewing with more conservative companies. The traditional red tie always works, but colours like blue have also been known to be well accepted in the job circles. In fact blue has been recognized as a good colour to wear when interviewing for management level positions at companies such as banks, insurance companies and the like.
