About Evan R. Kravitz
Evan R. Kravitz is a recent graduate of the master’s
program in Higher Education at the University of Denver. He currently works as a Career Counselor at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia in 1998, Evan worked as an Associate Producer, Assignment Editor, and Financial News Producer for CNN in Atlanta and New York. In 2015, at the age of 40, Evan turned his sights to higher education and went back to school. Evan credits his time working as a consultant at the DU Writing Center, under the mentorship of Dr. Juli Parrish, for helping to improve his writing. Evan, his wife, Laine, and their daughter, Madeleine, currently reside in Centennial, Colorado.
