Concert Hall

e outstanding Concert Hall with its multifunctional usage, is also an exciting possibility for conventions. A wide screen is hidden above the stage and may be lowered for awards, product presentations and other events. Interpreting booths and excellent infrastructure are at hand for a most memorable convention or meeting or live television broadcast.

Two water canals frame the Lucerne Hall, a venue that is also unique in its adaptability and convertible for 200 up to 1,800 guests. It can be used for a variety of settings including product presentations, congresses, concerts and banquets. With its appropriate audiovisual facilities, variable height staging and mobile rostrum, all combined with the deliberately simple design of the hall, the organizer will nd creative freedom to style the event.

e Auditorium for up to 271 listeners, too, is equipped with state-of-the-art congress installations and, like the Lucerne Hall, provides an attractive setting for conferences. From April 2020 event organizers can also discover the new multifunctional event room Deuxième for up to 140 people. It features a state of the art LED wall as well as brand new seminar technology and is ideal for meetings, cocktail parties and dinners.

Flight to the Milky Way

On 1st of July 1969, 20 days before the rst moon landing, the Swiss Museum of Transport opened the largest planetarium in Switzerland. e Planetarium is a perfect and unique place for events of all kind: for example presentations, concerts, cultural activities or talks.

e resort looks back on a glorious legacy: the Grand Hotel opened for business in 1873. e Bürgenstock Railway, Europe’s rst electric funicular, was inaugurated in 1888. 1905 saw the opening of the Felsenweg path, a path among the face of the mountain. e Hammetschwand Li , the highest outdoor elevator in Eu- rope, commenced operations that same year, too.
