In 2013 Stroh designed and built his family home and its design and quality did not go unnoticed. For the next 4 years Trio Architecture designed and supervised the construction of over 12 multi-million private homes. in 2016 a big breakthrough came for Stroh, when he was awarded the job to transform the former Treasure to a Margaritaville resort, and this vast project set the company on its stellar course. A host of other hotel and resort projects followed. The company is now involved in a wide range of projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean, including commercial, hospitality, multi-family developments, and private multi-million dollar homes.
