Liver Pain Symptoms

Fatigue: Feeling tired and weak may be a symptom of liver pain.

Nausea and vomiting: Some people with liver pain may experience nausea and vomiting.

Loss of appetite: A decrease in appetite is a common symptom of liver pain.

Swelling: Swelling in the abdomen or legs may occur in some cases of liver pain.

Itchy skin: Some people with liver pain may experience itchy skin.

Abdominal pain: Liver pain is often felt in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen, just below the ribcage.
