We provide targeted scholarships to veterans, and women, enabling them to pursue education and professional certification in business continuity — building a diverse, skilled workforce ready to lead in resilience. At the same time, we partner with grassroots organizations to fund local initiatives that enhance disaster preparedness, risk reduction, and long-term recovery. By supporting those closest to the need and creating inclusive pathways to preparedness careers, we help communities around the world become stronger, safer, and more resilient.
