Live Concurrent Stream Stats – This feature allows you to see how many individuals are watching during your live broadcast in real-time. Management Tools: Customized Media Player Launch Scripts – This feature will allow you to place your Media Player within your website. The scripts can be syndicated as your ministry strategy dictates as well.

Audience Interactivity Features: FaithPass Registrations – The FaithPass Registrations tool allows you to view the audience submitted contact information obtained using the FaithPass feature in your Customized Media Player. Their name, email address, physical address, country are all available on the date they first visited your webcast. This data is easily downloaded from the .CSV format and imported into your local system for follow up, partnership and ministry.

Viewer Response Archives – As your audience responds to your message, they will be encouraged to respond. The response tools we have available through the QuickFlash “Contact Us” call to action allows them to respond immediately through a form that requests their email address and response. These responses are logged here in this Viewer Response Archive – and also copied to a local email address you will have submitted. These responses are a great way to interact with your viewing audience.

Viewer Prayer Requests – Prayer Requests are also requested using the QuickFlash call to action – and the requests are tallied here in this feature. You are able to respond immediately if necessary to the request as the Prayer Requests are available in real-time.

Create/Edit Poll Feature – Evaluate the needs and responses of your viewing audience through the Poll Feature. You are able to create your own poll – using a question and multiple choices of three answers. The polls are available to your audience through the QuickFlash ad space and are in the rotation of ads there. Poll users respond and see the totals in real-time as soon as they submit their answer.

Program Schedule Report – This tool will allow you to see a full week of scheduled live events at once. The Program Schedule Report will allow you to check over your scheduled live broadcasts and programs.

Ad Management Features: QuickFlash Ad Management – The purpose of this tool is to enable you to manage your QuickFlash Ad feature in your Customized Media Player. You can upload your graphics, schedule them for use, modify the dates as needed and add hyperlinks to your ad pool. Video On Demand Features: Video Upload Utility - The Video Upload Utility will allow you to upload and encode your source video files for On Demand use in your Customized Media Player. This utility will allow you to upload your source file(s) to an online encoder – where it will be automatically processed to our standards in Windows Media formats for use in your VOD Player. You can tag the files with metadata, key words and give each one a shelf-life – allowing you to better manage your On Demand environment.

VOD Content Listing – This feature is useful for creating a link on your website for a specific video. These individual links point to every program you have available in your Video On Demand library, thus allowing you to specify the exact video you would like to distribute.

VOD Data Transfer – The amount of bandwidth transferred is displayed in this feature giving you a picture of how much your VOD is being used.

VOD Storage – Individual files sizes are displayed here as well as the total amount of space you are using for storage.

Remove On Demand Content Utility – Storage of files is great – but clean up is a necessity. This utility will allow you to remove programs from availability in your Media Player and also remove them from the storage servers.
