A QUICK OVERVIEW OF BODY CONTOURING PROCEDURES
Common body contouring procedures include:

Apronectomy
A surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen.
Abdominoplasty
This procedure entails the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen. The technique can be modified to reduce excess tissue in the upper abdominal, lower abdominal or midline.
Belt Lipectomy/Lower Body Lift
A belt lipectomy removes excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and lower back/flanks while also lifting the buttocks. A lower body lift is similar but offers a more significant lift if required.
Brachioplasty
This procedure targets excess tissue from the armpit to the elbow, and it can also be used to treat excess tissue on the upper outer parts of the chest and armpit.

Inner Thigh Lift
By removing excess tissue from the upper inner thighs, this procedure tightens and lifts tissues from the thighs to the groin.
Mastopexy
This procedure treats female breasts that are low-hanging or drooping. A mastopexy can also improve the loss of volume in the breasts through the insertion of silicone implants.
VASER and VASER Hi-Def
Liposuction
VASER liposuction is used by cosmetic and plastic surgeons to extract unwanted fat. VASER Hi-Def is a specialised version of this technique that targets specific areas to enhance musculature definition; these results can only be achieved by specially trained surgeons.
By removing excess tissue from the upper inner thighs, this procedure tightens and lifts tissues from the thighs to the groin.
