Dr Adam Alexander

Dr Adam Alexander attained an honours BSc from the University of St Andrews Medical School and then went on to attain an MBChB from the University of Glasgow Medical School. As well as being an affiliated surgeon, Dr Alexander has conducted research and published reports on important medical and surgical subjects such as diabetes and anti-rheumatic drugs. Dr Alexander has attended many medical and surgical courses, including Surgical Skills, Microsurgical Skills, Advanced Life Support, Safe Transfusion Practice, Immediate Life Support, Medical Emergencies, Safe Prescribing and Paediatric Life Support. Outside of work, Dr Alexander enjoys a variety of sports including golf, tennis, badminton, American football and the martial art Taekwondo; he was a Taekwondo National Championship gold medallist in 2007. He also loves to travel and cites his most memorable travel destinations as the Grand Canyon in the US and the Great Wall of China.
