Polish Presidency is a great occasion for promoting Polish cuisine. One of the most praised Polish chefs, Adam Chrz stowski, is overseeing the creation of a fabulous menu with Polish dishes, based on native ingredients, to be served during high level meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the Presidency will additionally receive a collection of recipes for Polish dishes arranged by 16 leading chefs, 3 of whom are foreigners and work on a daily basis in some of Poland’s best restaurants.
Internet, social media
The base for each recipe is a product commonly associated with Polish cuisine (e.g. herring, cucumbers, buckwheat groans, poppy seeds and venison). Every recipe is preceded by a description of a product understandable by a foreign recipient together with a cultural context. The publication is enhanced by modern illustrations.
