Coon graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., in August 2008. Eileen Emison Booth is program manager for downtown development and events for Indiana’s Lafayette-West Lafayette Development Corporation. The Lafayette Journal & Courier noted that she oversees retail technical assistance, downtown development, Lafayette Farmers’ Market and other downtown events. Meegan B.
