Keira A. Amstutz is director of cultural affairs in the Indianapolis mayor’s office. Bradley R. Brownell is the head basketball coach at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, N.C. Jennifer Cook Driscoll and her husband, Sean, participated in a benefit to raise money for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research, July 2005, in Cincinnati. Their two sons, Charlie, 7, and Ryan, 5, were diagnosed with the disease. Jennifer and her husband made the decision to fight the disease by participating in fundraisers. Jennifer and her family live in Duxbury, Mass. Catherine “Kathy” L. Day’s The Circus inWinter is now available in paperback. Kathy was one of three finalists for the Story Prize and her book has been nominated for the Great Lakes Book Award. Her book appeared on two of the Best of 2004 lists and was praised by The New York Times, Newsday, MSNBC.com and Sports Illustrated. Cathy appeared on an August 2005, addition of the National Public Radio’s Studio 360, to discuss the circus. Christopher W. Gilbert is one of the leading actors in the Sierra Repertory Theatre’s production of The Full Monty in Sonora, Calif. Robert G. Harrell and his first book Big Top, a collection of his comic strips, was profiled in the Indianapolis alternative newsweekly NUVO, June 2005. Rob’s book is available in bookstores, and his comic strip, has been picked up for syndication in Philadelphia, Boston and Melbourne, Australia. She also teaches undergraduate psychology courses at The Metropolitan State College of Denver and master’s and doctoral students in the counseling psychology program at the University of Denver.
