1. What would you title your biography? Family Man.

2. If you could make a rule that everyone had to follow for a day, what would it be? Smile, and tell someone a dad joke.

3. What is the best concert/festival you have ever been to? Van Halen. Reunion tour while I was vacationing in Colorado.

4. If you could live in a different country for a year, which country would you choose? Ireland. I’ve never been but hear its beautiful.

5. What is your go-to karaoke song? Brown Eyed Girl.

6. If you could design your dream park, what three features would it have? Miniature golf, indoor soccer arena, youth baseball/softball fields, 10 ft wide walking/running trail, large destination playground that looked like a deer, plenty of greenspace, seating and shade, covered pavilion with a sport court for basketball, volleyball and pickleball, access to wetlands, plenty of trees, adaptive fitness area… I could go on and on.

7. If you could invite any historical figure for a walk in the park, who would it be, and what would you talk about? Nelson Mandela. How has the world changed in the past 30 years.

8. What's one fun fact about parks and recreation that most people don't know? One of the greatest needs for parks and recreation across the country is to identify more programs for individuals with disabilities.
