Description
• Manages study communications (data entry; case processing; creation of and submission of reports). • Coordinate and assist in the collection and handling of adverse events, product complaints and other inquiries. • Performs active follow-up, including both written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals and client. • Monitors and communicates project progress to Project Managers, ensures strict adherence to deadlines, identifies process improvement strategies and produces high quality deliverables. • Handle support calls from users including physicians and study nurses, study teams at pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or health-care related field preferred. Mandatory Qualifications • Experience in customer service.
