2022 Review

As this year, 2022, fades away at a rapid rate of speed, as Pine Div. Mgr., NED, BHS, I'd like to reflect and comment on some happenings in our Chapter and Chorus.

President Bill Bedford has done a super job of leading us through the muck and mire. Hats off to Bill.

And salute to all of the Committees, Nominating Committee, Financial Review, Music, Bylaws, etc..

We have just come through one of the most interesting years in our history, lots of discussions and decisions.

We made the decision to become a mixed chorus, EIH, (Everyone In Harmony). Our Clam Festival income was the highest yet.

We were well represented in St. John, NB, @ Fall Conv., Our 'Tech Team' has very recently updated our web site.

We, members, have elected and installed a very strong Leadership Team, and they are ready.

We have a superb Music Director and team.

And more...

As we enter the new year with such a strong Leadership Team, it's up to all of us to pull the load. ( you can't push a rope.!)

Thanks for the Memories, Back Bay Four!

On December 29th at Yarmouth's Pat's Pizza, members of Back Bay Four Quartet officially closed the music book on their twenty-one year run. Current members included: Jay Wiley (Bari), Cy Kendrick (Bass), Walt Dowling (Lead) and David Brown (Tenor).

Their run included many singouts, contest participations and fun times for both members and their families. In 2008, the quartet attended Harmony University in St. Jo, Missouri.

The quartet's credits included performances in Southern and Central Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Thank you BB4, for 21 years of musical memories and enjoyment. Always in harmony, you will be missed.
