Good quality thick paper towel
Plastic tub to fit a roll of paper towel
Method
Mix all the ingredients in the container.
Place the paper towel into the container.
Let it absorb some water and then gently push down the paper towel and put the lid on. Flip the container.


After a few minutes enough water should be absorbed to remove the core of the paper towel.

Method
Gently melt the shea butter and coconut oil together until fully combined.
Allow it to cool for 5 minutes, then add the essential oils and stir gently.

Method

What is Forest Bathing?
