DoSomething turned 26? Host a birthday party. June is Pride Month? Host a Pride party. A staff member is having a child? Host a baby party...er, shower. Basically, we’re always looking for a reason to celebrate our big accomplishments and milestones -- and yes, there will be food!
POWER HOUR
On Fridays we love to celebrate all we’ve accomplished during the week...and get a running start into the weekend. Every week a staffer picks a music theme, and the rest of the office crowdsources the playlist. During the last half-hour of the day, we blast it throughout the office. Our personal favorite theme? Boy bands!
