Step by Step Registration Guide How to create new school membership? New School Member 1.
Go to https://academy.oracle.com/ and select ‘Introduction to Computer Science’ link (left panel)
Select ‘Member Login’ (top right) and select the link for ‘New Customers’.
Choose Country and select ‘Select’.
Enter name of institution in ‘School/College Name’ field and select ‘Search’. Note: − Non case sensitive and you may enter one keyword only. − Full School/College names only, please do not enter truncated names.
Select the name of your School/College from the Search Results list.
Enter the requested ‘Contact’ and ‘Principal’ information. Note: − Required fields are indicated with a red text. − Enter your information as School Contact in the ‘Contact information’ section. − Enter information of your School Principal/Superintendent/Head in the ‘Principal information’ section. − Your School Sign In and Password will be sent to the email address entered in the Contact information. Please ensure email address entered here is valid.
Place a check to the Technical Requirement questions and select ‘Continue’.
If answers to all questions are ‘yes’, goto #8. Otherwise end.
Review Membership Terms and Conditions and select ‘Accept’ to acknowledge, accept terms, and select ‘Submit’ to continue with application.
Print copy of Terms and Conditions for your School record and select ‘Continue’ (top right).
10. Sign In information – please note down auto-generated Sign In and Password. Note: − This is your Sign In to Oracle Academy – Introduction to Computer Science member page. − You will also be receiving an email with this Sign In and Password. The password notification email will include instructions on how to sign in to place your order and assign your instructor(s). − You will be prompted to reset password for First Time log-in. − Please proceed to ‘Returning School Member’ guide. How to place order and assign instructor? Returning School Member 1.
Go to http://academy.oracle.com/index1.html.
Select ‘Member login’ (top right) and choose the sign in link for ‘Academy Instructors and Returning Customers’ or ‘Place Order’ (left panel) and choose the sign in link ‘Returning Customers’.
Enter your School Sign In and Password. Refer to [How to Reset Password] if member has forgotten sign in password.
If placing an order, goto #4. Otherwise, goto #8 to assign instructor. 4.
Select the ‘Place Order’ link. Check box next to course listed under ‘Product Description’ section you want to order. −

Enter only ‘1’ in ‘Qty. of Instructors’ field. To assign more than 1 instructor, please place additional orders. 5.
Select ‘Update Cart’.
Review product and quantity ordered and select ‘Checkout’.
Review order summary for accuracy and select ‘Submit Order’. You will then see the final order summary page, which should be printed, signed, and faxed . Select ‘Continue’ from the final order summary page immediately after completing order placement to proceed with #8.
Select ‘Assign’ beside the order placed.
If existing instructor, goto #9. Otherwise, goto #10. 9.
Select ‘Select instructor’ after choosing an instructor from the list.
End. 10. Enter new instructor information in the form. Please do not enter special characters in name fields. Only English names allowed in this field.
11. Select â€˜Assign New Instructorâ€™ to complete. For assigning second instructor, repeat #9 or #11. End.
How to reset school member sign in password? Existing School Member 1.
Go to https://academy.oracle.com/index1.html.
Select ‘Forgot your password?’ (top right) link.
Enter email address in the ‘Email Address’ field under ‘Forgotten Sign In and/or Password’ section and select ‘Submit’. − A notification containing School Sign In will be sent to School Contact’s registered email address if the email address matches the School Sign In. − A notification containing Instructor Sign In will be sent to Instructor’s registered email address if the email address matches an Instructor. − A notification containing School and Instructor Sign Ins will be sent to registered email address if the email address matches both the School Sign In and Instructor.
