My Client Sara has had a Remarkable Life Transformational Experience.

Sara had been struggling with her mental health for many years. She knew that she needed to do something to start feeling better but wasn't sure what.

One day, a friend suggested that she try positive mental health affirmations.At first, Sara was skeptical - how would reciting some words help her? But out of desperation, she decided it was worth a try.

Sara recorded herself speaking an encouraging and uplifting statement about herself such as

“I am so Grateful that I have the strength to overcome any obstacle by developing higher self esteem self love and confidence".

Then when it came time for bedtime, she'd take out her headphones and listen to the repeat recording for 10 minutes as part of her nightly routine.
