2018 HIGHLIGHTS
PUNTOS MAS DESTACADOS DEL PRESIDENTE 2018 was a productive if initially tumultuous year. New board members and new staff members worked hard together to put us on our most solid footing ever. At a September board retreat with new and continuing staff, we defined a future direction for JA over the next 3 years. These will include supporting more university students, and exploring new student programs: both a 2 year tech track and masters degree students. With fresh blood in the areas of development, communications and mentor leadership, and for the first time ever a true planned leadership succession, we have already witnessed that the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 are showing the rewards of all the hard work of the 1st half of 2018.
