I’m HR Business Partner from 2004, collaborating with different corporations. I started my HR professional journey in 2000. After a University degree in Physics (Italy, Pisa, 1986), I worked in the Quality department (process quality improvement, failure and technological analysis, etc.). from 1987 till 1999. I’m passionate about social networks, I’m trying to explore their potential considering the time limits of one human life. Passionate about the topics related to the work evolution into organizations and society, I’m frantically searching to follow its acceleration evolution. In particular I’m focused on some specific topic like: ethic and innovation of the management culture, diversity inclusion and intercultural relations, self orientation during the work-life transitions.
