It is with great pleasure that we present to you the Doha College Strategic Plan 20152020. This Strategic Plan is a vital tool to aid Doha College achieve its vision “to enable personal growth, instil a passion for learning and create aspirational minds.� Based on a bold and ambitious vision, this Strategic Plan has responded with a bold and ambitious strategy to enable this to occur. The Strategic Plan seeks not only to deliver on our vision, it also embraces our Mission statement and Core Values. Building upon our long history of educational excellence in Qatar and the region, the Strategic Plan provides the framework for future decision making and investment into the College.

The Board of Governors and the Principal of Doha College are committed to working together with all stakeholders in the college community, to deliver the Strategic Plan and to strengthen our reputation as a leading international school. The Board of Governors remains committed to providing for the long-term success and financial sustainability of Doha College through the provision of sound, open and transparent leadership and governance. The Strategic Plan is supported by the Development Plan which outlines key areas of focus, objectives and outcomes. Measurement against key performance indicators will occur annually and will reported on through the Board of Governors annual report.
