MORGAN, COLO.; and DODGE CITY, KAN.) – Centura Health has signed an asset purchase agreement (APA) to acquire ownership interest in Colorado Plains Medical Center (CPMC) in Fort Morgan, Colo. and Western Plains Medical Complex (WPMC) in Dodge City, Kan. from LifePoint Health.
