Doctor Richard Reid is an Australia born medical specialist practicing in Edgecliff, NSW. He has become a seasoned gynecologist across the region, and it’s all due to his hard work, dedication, and determination. He has been involved in a wide range of medical research operations, and he completed all diligently. He is a highly educated, professional gynecologist who holds an MBBS medical degree. Other than this, he also completed Obstetrics & Gynaecology specialist training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and internship & residency at the Auckland Hospital Board. He worked as a Public Health Officer in New Guinea for two years.

Additionally, he has served as a member of several editorial boards - The Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease (1989 – 98), Colposcopy and Gynecologic Laser Surgery (1983 – 85), Gynecologic Surgery (1985 – 89), Laser in Surgery and Medicine (1989 – 98), Papillomavirus Report (1989 – 98), and PelviPerineology (since 2007).


He is a self-motivated professional who is always keen to learn new things. He has worked hard to achieve such a great position in the gynecology field. His interest in medical lasers and vulvovaginal diseases saw him appointed to the American Food & Drug Administration’s Medical Devices Panel. Doctor Richard Reid is a kind-hearted person who has participated in various charitable causes. He has done charity and demonstration surgery in many countries such as Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, France, Venezuela, Philippines, Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
