Small Batch Cream Spinach

Ingredients

• 1/4 onion diced

• 1/2 tbsp. butter

• 1 clove garlic minced

• 1/3 c. parmesan cheese grated

• 1/2 c. cream

• 3 c. fresh baby spinach

• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Sauté onions in the butter until translucent and add the garlic.

2. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Once the cream is simmering, whisk in parmesan. Add the spinach and let it wilt down.

3. Enjoy!
