Stew Meat Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 lb. stew meat

• 1 tsp. chile powder

• 1 tsp. cumin

• 1 tsp. turmeric

• 1 tsp. oregano

• Olive oil

• 1 onion

• 1 clove of garlic

• 1 tsp. tomato paste

• 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

• 1/2 beer (Mexican)

Instructions

1. Begin by seasoning the meat with the chile powder, cumin, and turmeric.

2. Place the seasoned stew meat in a preheated skillet coated with olive oil to brown, and once the meat is browned, add the onions. Cook until they are translucent.

3. Then add the oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine. After the garlic is cooked down for a minute or two, add the tomato paste. Cook the tomato paste for approximately 1 minute and then add the beer and vinegar. Let simmer for 2-3 hours.

4. Serve with flour tortillas.
