3. Assessment results are reviewed by the Education Council to determine the best program for the student. The program is clearly laid out for the family in documentation to include: 1. Accommodations 2. Hours of individual learning 3. Program parameters 4. Pricing with a contract, deducting the 1.5 hours included in Jubilee tuition 4. Upon approval program is started 5. Follow Up communication a.

Director of Individual Learning or designee will communicate with families in the following manner: i.

Monthly email documenting progress or struggles

b. Director of Individual Learning will report progress and struggles to the Ed Council at every meeting.
